Enjoy the summer sunset while dining on a bespoke multi course dinner
prepared by Chef Mandy Warden. Dinner will be served alfresco and finished
with locally roasted coffee and loose leaf tea.
Take a walk around the farm before heading home with a gift from us.

Sweet Watermelon Mint Summer Spritzer
Freshly juiced Ontario watermelon paired with mint offers a light and refreshing sparkling sipper.
Warm Goat Cheese Salad
Small batch lightly coated goat cheese gently tops a bed of seasonal greens
tossed in a lemon, olive oil & honey vinaigrette.
Chicken & Mushrooms with Champagne Soy Sauce
The Pfisterer Farm Artisanal chicken nested on a stir fry of mushrooms, Belgium salsify,
topped with arugula micro-greens, spring onion and blackberries.
Drizzled with Champagne soy sauce.
Elderberry Tart
A rich butter pastry filled with freshly picked elderberries that perfectly balance the
enveloping sweet, free range egg custard.

DINNER DETAILS
This event is limited to a maximum of twenty-four seats in effort to offer the best
personalized experience for our guests.
Each table will seat up to 6 guests. If you book less than 6 seats you will liekly be seated at a shared table, although we will make every effort to give each group their own space.
We will not be serving alcohol, water and Heartwood's non-alcoholic cider will be served with dinner. You are welcome to BYOB but please drink responsibly.

CHEF MANDY WARDEN
Mandy brings over 20 years of experience and talents together through meal prepping, catering and virtual online classes. After training in a two year Culinary Management program and completed apprenticeship she achieved her biggest accomplishment; becoming Red Seal Chef Certified!
Spending many years in the restaurant business and four beautiful children later she wanted to try something new that would allow more time with her family. This has led her to sharing her love and creations through her culinary passion with folks like you!
Baking something tasty or inspiring a new dish, her passion goes far beyond teaching people how to cook. Her goal is to help people relax, develop life-long skills leading to living a healthy lifestyle, and build self-esteem by making fun and delicious dishes in the kitchen.
